Verified sources, not intermediaries.

We build long-term relationships with extrusion plants, cable manufacturers, fabricators, dismantlers, collection yards and municipal recyclers. Every supplier is assessed for material origin, documentation practices and the consistency of what they can deliver month after month before a first purchase order is issued.

Buying against a defined specification.

Purchasing is done against a written specification — grade, chemistry expectation, permitted attachments, moisture limits, packing and tolerance — rather than a generic description. Pricing is referenced to prevailing metal benchmarks so both sides work from the same transparent basis.

Checked on arrival, before anything is mixed.

Incoming loads are weighed, photographed and inspected on arrival. We check for wrong grades, free iron, plastics, rubber, insulation, oil, moisture and any prohibited item. Loads that do not match the purchase specification are segregated and resolved with the supplier before processing.

Separating by alloy family and form.

Material is hand-sorted and mechanically separated by metal, alloy family and physical form — extrusion from sheet, cast from wrought, bare wire from insulated, tube from busbar. Magnetic separation removes ferrous attachments and eddy-current separation recovers non-ferrous fines.

Preparing scrap into a usable raw material.

Processing includes shearing, cutting to charge size, baling, granulation of cable, de-coating, de-oiling of turnings and drying. The objective is a homogeneous, furnace-ready feed with predictable density and yield rather than loose mixed scrap.

Into internationally recognised grades.

Processed material is separated into internationally recognised grades — ISRI designations such as Taint/Tabor, Talon, Twitch, Tread, UBC on the aluminium side and Berry, Birch, Candy, Cliff, Millberry on the copper side — so that what leaves our yard matches the grade written on the contract.

Verifying before it is committed.

Lots are sampled and verified: XRF or spectrometer readings for chemistry, visual and physical checks for attachments, moisture assessment, and radiation screening where required by the destination country. Results are recorded lot by lot and shared with the buyer.

Packed to the buyer's requirement.

Material is baled, briquetted, drummed, packed in bulk bags or shipped loose according to what the receiving furnace or mill prefers. Packing is labelled with grade, lot reference and weight so the receiving plant can reconcile against documents.

Loaded, sealed and photographed.

Containers are loaded under supervision with weight distribution checked against payload limits. Loading is photographed, seals are recorded, and pre-shipment inspection by an independent agency can be arranged where the contract or destination requires it.

Documented delivery, on schedule.

Shipments move with complete export documentation and are tracked to the port of discharge. Repeat customers work to an agreed monthly schedule so their furnace charge mix is planned in advance instead of bought reactively.
