Content is published for general information about our scrap sourcing and supply services. Nothing on the Site constitutes a binding commercial offer to buy or sell. All trades are governed by a separately signed sale contract.

2. Quotations and pricing

Indicative pricing shown or discussed via forms, chat, email or WhatsApp is non-binding, subject to inspection, grading and prevailing LME/market movement, and valid only for the period stated in the written quote.

3. Intellectual property

All text, images, logos and layouts on this Site are owned by TITCO Metals or licensed to it and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce or redistribute Site content without written permission.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

submit false, misleading or unlawful information;
use the Site to send spam, malware or attempt unauthorised access;
infringe any third-party rights or applicable export/sanctions law.

5. Sanctions and export controls

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Mumbai have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights available to you locally.
